My first steps in the world of the editorial illustration came up with this collaboration with the web site 0034. As a site focused in the Spanish expat community, I had the opportunity to illustrate very interesting topics related to the identity of the foreigner.

Fundación Vicente Ferrer is an NGO that has been working in Anantapur, one of the poorest regions in India, in the last decades. Rather than focus on just one particular area, this NGO improves the society in a holistic way with projects that cover healthcare, housing, education, equality... The founder Vicente Ferrer was a very recognizable person because he was always carrying a black umbrella. After he passed away, the NGO was kept alive mainly by the capable hands of his wife, Ana Ferrer, and her team. The Black Umbrella Collection is a 15 illustrations tribute to their incredible work and my amazing experience as a volunteer with them.
